I was quite dismayed to read the title you gave Charles Cange’s article on the movie Bandits. The title "German Directors Make Funny Movies, Too" was a very unfortunate addition to the otherwise good article. It implies that you are surprised that German Directors make funny movies. Do you really think Hollywood is the only place capable of producing comedy? The title is particularly unfitting, even offensive, since comedy is the genre that has predominated the biggest movie hits in Germany in the nineties. Next time if you are going to imply a judgement in your title, please inform yourself beforehand!
