NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE.

A student reports that her bike was stolen from the rack outside Pearsons. The bike was unlocked and a lock, which was attached to the bike, was stolen too.

NO BLOOD FOR OIL.

A student reports her bike was stolen outside Crookshank. The bike was locked with a cable lock, which was cut.

POMONA HAS ACADEMICS, PITZER HAS FIREWORKS.

The Claremont Police Department reports that they have received several noise complaints about a gathering near the Wash as well as reports of fireworks. Campus Safety investigates and cannot locate fireworks. Later, CPD calls back with more noise complaints. Campus Safety again investigates and finds 12-15 Pitzer students on the soccer field with a keg and a boom box. CPD arrives. The students pick up their litter and their keg and disperse.

GOLD MARKER AND THCv, INCREDIBLY HIGH STUDENTS MAKE.

Staff reports graffiti on the west door of Seaver Academic Computing. Officers arrive and find the letters "THCv" scrawled across the door with a gold marker, approximately 24 inches wide by 18 inches high.

A student reports a "dead or dying" rat near the emergency phone by Walker. Grounds keeping is advised.

An intrusion alarm goes off in Social Room 3. Officers respond and discover warm food on a table.

BONG CODENAMED "FOG MACHINE."

A fire alarm goes off in Walker. An RA informs officers that the alarm was activated by a fog machine.

CAMPUS SAFETY PUTS SMACKDOWN ON "FOG MACHINE."

A fire alarm goes off in Walker. Officers discover a fog machine in a student’s room, which was responsible for the alarm. The student is advised to discontinue use of his fog machine.

POMONA HAS GOLF CARTS, HARVEY MUDD HAS GOTHS.

CPD reports a noise complaint coming from the track. Officers find a group of approximately 30 Harvey Mudd students at the organic farm, dressed in "Goth" attire. The students were informed of the noise complaint and they dispersed.

A DAY LATER, "FOG MACHINE" STILL GOING STRONG.

A student reports that an unknown male wandered into her room and asked where room 213 was. The student appeared disoriented.

IT’S TRUE. BENTLEY’S GROCERIES IS THAT GOOD.

Frary staff reports that one of their golf carts is missing. An officer finds a golf cart near Harwood, which is not the one reported missing but also belongs to Frary. Later, a Claremont resident reports a golf cart parked outside Bentley’s Groceries. The cart was apparently driven through a metal chain and is damaged. CPD is notified and a report is filed.

KSPC reports that several CDs have been stolen from the KSPC office.

BENTLEY’S GROCERIES RUN FOILED BY "SURVEILLANCE."

The Smith Campus Center reports that one of their golf carts is missing. The Surveillance Officer locates three students in a cart traveling west on 6th Street, away from Lawry. Students are confronted by the Smith building supervisor and flee. The golf cart is returned to Smith.

HOW MUCH FREE TIME DOES "STAFF MEMBER" HAVE?

Staff reports a missing golf cart from Alexander. Officer advises that the cart is at the Campus Safety station for safekeeping. The cart is retrieved. Forty-four minutes later, the same staff member reports another missing golf cart from Alexander. The cart is found at Pitzer and is retrieved.
