Senior Gift Committee Unveiled

Welcome back to campus! We hope your semester break offered just the respite you needed before beginning our final semester here at Pomona College! Amazingly enough, we are just a few short months away from graduation.

Over the winter break, we hope you had a chance to read our letter introducing you to the Senior Gift. A number of our classmates already have generously responded to our initial appeal. We are off to a great start! If you did not receive our appeal, you should know that the Senior Class Gift , formally introduced by the Class of 1983, is designed as an opportunity for students to "give back" to Pomona College in exchange for the excellent academic environment, facilities, special programs, outstanding faculty, and overall enriching community from which we have benefited.

For now, we’d like to introduce the committee members who are working diligently to help us reach our goals of raising $2,001 from 80 percent of the senior class. The committee members are:

Brian Andrews, Kyle Beachy, Matthew Borthwick, Emily Cross, Brian Crossman, Rebecca Fineman, Mike Giordano, Katie Golus, Alix Hui, Sarah Jackel, Julie Kern, Sabrina Ling, Leslie Mallman, John Matson, Nick May, Doug Meyer, Andy Moon, Allan Oulate, Grayson Schaffer, Hunwen Tao, and J.B. Waterman.

We also would like to thank those seniors who attended our official kick-off to the Senior Gift Campaign, "101 Days ‘Til Graduation" party held Wednesday, January 31 at The Buffalo Inn.

We look forward to working with you to make this year’s Senior Gift a great success.

Cordially,

Adam Boardman
