Pomona's Dating Scene is Ambiguity

I've seemed to find a consensus among students at Pomona, definitely at least with freshmen. The dating scene here is a little strange. It's just weird. There really is no dating. The vast scope of romantic involvements seem to hover around three central themes: random drunken hook-ups, ambiguously prolonged hook-ups, and seemingly "married couple" relationships.

You Are Getting Very Sleepy

Although I have two roommates, it seems that never are all three of us awake at the same time. The underlying reason for this is the constant struggle between sleep and wakefulness that occurs here at Pomona. Why should it be that in order to engage in the academic and social life that is a crucial part of the Pomona experience, one must either live life in a zombie-like state or sleep during all daylight hours?
