Thus the Hens sent their four best players, riding like the four horsemen of the apocalypse up the valley of Ojai on their black stallions. Crushing fat, juicy grapes beneath their hooves, and sending winemakers into uncontrolled fits of crying and hair pulling only served to whet the Hens appetite for destruction.

Coach Sends Four Soccer Players Packing Early

Cuts, which usually for the Pomona-Pitzer Mens Soccer team, take place after tryouts in the fall, came a little early this year. Last week, Coach Bill Swartz decided that four of the teams 17 returning players, including the two lone Pomona seniors to be, did not have the character that the program demanded.
